What is the difference between in-line and pre-shipment inspection?

In-line inspection happens during production, when defects can still be corrected cheaply at the source. Pre-shipment inspection checks finished, packed goods against a statistically valid AQL sample just before loading — the last gate before your money and your reputation ship with the container.

What exactly do inspectors check?

Whatever your checklist defines: quantity, workmanship, measurements against specification, materials, packaging, labelling, barcodes and function tests. We help you write the checklist so it reflects what your customers actually complain about.

What happens when an inspection fails?

You decide with full information: rework, sorting, discount or rejection. Because inspection happens before final payment, the leverage is yours — the factory fixes the problem to get paid, not as a favour.
