What does production follow-up mean in practice?

We visit the factory during production, check progress against the agreed schedule and specification, and report with photos. Problems surface while they can still be fixed — not at the port, and not in your warehouse.

Can you handle purchasing and payments to my supplier?

Yes. We execute orders, coordinate commercial terms and pay suppliers on your behalf, with goods inspected before final payment is released. You get one clean commercial interface instead of chasing a factory across time zones.

What about export documents and customs?

We prepare and sign off every export document, book sea, rail or air freight with insurance and tracking, and clear customs at both ends. Delivered to your warehouse — or held in ours until you need it.

Will you replace my existing supplier relationship?

No. We work alongside the factory you chose. Our job is follow-up, inspection, paperwork and logistics — the parts that need someone physically in China.

Can you step in on a problem order?

Yes. A common starting point is an order that has gone quiet or gone wrong; we go to the factory, assess the real status and negotiate a fix on site.

Do you work with orders of any size?
