How do you choose an OEM factory for a brand product?

Brand products fail on consistency, not on the first sample. We audit for the process controls that keep unit 10,000 identical to unit 1 — materials handling, QC records, tooling maintenance — before we let a factory quote on your specification.

Who handles packaging, artwork and compliance marks?

We do. Artwork files are checked and proofed with the printer, packaging is specified and inspected like the product itself, and required compliance marks and market documentation (for example CE for Europe) are managed as part of the order.

How is my brand protected?

Suppliers never see your customers and customers never see your suppliers. Contracts include confidentiality, tooling and design ownership stays with you, and we can split production across factories so no single supplier holds your whole product.

What MOQ should I expect for private label?

Custom products carry higher minimums than stock items — often 1,000+ units depending on tooling and printing. We negotiate trial runs where the factory allows it.

Can you source the packaging separately from the product?

Yes. Packaging is often produced by a different factory and consolidated in our warehouse before final packing.

Do you help with product compliance for my market?

We manage the compliance marks and documentation your market requires and work with accredited testing labs where certificates are needed.
